Services
Assessment, architecture and technical leadership. We advise on what to do and design how it should work — and where a programme needs someone to lead the delivery, we do that too.
Security Assessments & ISO 27001
Maturity and gap assessment against ISO 27001, NIS2 readiness, threat modelling of a specific service or system, architecture review, and security due diligence in transactions. The output is a clear picture of where you stand and a plan ranked by risk and effort — not a list of findings without priorities.
AI Governance & ISO 42001
AI inventory and risk triage, ISO 42001 gap analysis, AI security assessment and Zero Trust review of agent deployments. Approached from security practice rather than audit practice, which means the attack surface is assessed alongside the management system.
Identity & Access Architecture
Passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication strategy, FIDO2 and smart card architecture, IAM and IGA target-state design, and assessment of an existing estate. We design and assess; we do not sell you the implementation, which is precisely why the advice is worth having.
Security Technology Programmes
Security architect and technical lead for programmes that combine technologies from several vendors: concept design, vendor-neutral selection, integration architecture and delivery leadership. Applied to national-scale and safe-city style programmes as well as enterprise estates.
Technology We Work With
Network separation and cross-domain solutions, hardware-backed authentication, mobile threat detection and forensics, and AI security tooling. What we know well enough to integrate — and where we hold commercial relationships, stated plainly.
Secure Communications
Requirements, architecture and independent assurance for high-assurance voice and messaging — key management, hardware-enforced separation, and designs that do not ask the customer to trust the supplier.
How engagements work
Small, defined, and judged on the deliverable
Most work begins with something narrow enough to assess honestly. A defined piece of work with a clear output is easier to judge than a proposal, and it tells both sides whether the fit is real.
Scope
A short conversation to establish what you are trying to achieve, whether we are the right people, and what a sensible first piece of work looks like. No charge, and no obligation to continue.
Do the work
A fixed scope with a stated deliverable and duration. You know at the outset what lands on your desk and roughly when.
Decide together
The findings determine whether there is further work worth doing. Frequently the honest answer is that there is not, and we say so.
We work under NDA as standard
