SecMatrix is a Cipherpunks developed One-Time Pad communication solution for high security needs using Quantum Resistant One-Time Pad encryption cipher and other state of the are security features.

Solution is purpose build for secure voice and chat with two different hardware units called BluMatrix and BlacMatrix. With One-Time Pad and other security measures, SecMatrix is a real nightmare for signal intelligence and designed to avoid online attack vectors and other targetted threats.

SecMatrix family includes BlacMatrix mobile device and BluMatrix desktop device.

It is an communication solution for teams sized min 10 users, and up to even 100 users.

Typcial users for SecMatrix are governmental officials, politicians, special teams, intel officers, military and corporate executives who need to secure their classified information sharing. SecMatrix has security level which for example hardened Android phones can not reach. This makes SecMatrix system one of the most secure communication solutions globally.

How to use BlacMatrix system

Why One-Time Pad

Typically One-Time Pad (OTP) encryption method is used by highly sensitive information handling functions in governments & defense.

With One-Time Pad you don't need to trust 'foreign mathematics' like to secure your information in exchange. Using One-Time Pad to secure information, it allows parties to share absolute secure channel, even when there is no common trust or ability to use classified algorithms (between countries for example).

One-Time Pad is secure against a cryptanalytic attack by a quantum computer. Making it post-quantum cryptography solution for high value data & communication. It's also very attractive solution for Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) based key delivery schemes.

True Random Number Generator

Our Key Generator computer is designed to create true randomness and One-Time Pad keys for each user in one user group. This process is complitely end user controlled and enables easy way to create MicroSD-cards or USB-drives to targeted devices.

The randomness is always tested with diehard test to be quality randomness. Also end user can use own source of randomness if requested.

Key Generator computer is updated frequently with new features for BluMatrix or BlacMatrix devices and other funtionalities.

Secure key distribution

Since One-Time Pad keys are burned to MicroSD cards and distributed out-of-band to users the key distribution is complitely secure.

MicroSD cards can reach up to 1TB of memory so even very large One-Time Pad keys can be distributed. Typically the key size has been limitation for One-Time Pad usage. Now small and big flash memories enable new era for utilizing this Quantume Resistant encryption methodology.

How does it work

We have implemented solution, where traffic is being encrypted with One-Time Pad and it allows to carry voice, messages or other payload data over insecure channel. Solution utilizes key material on both ends communicating and runs on self compiled minimal Linux kernel based Operating System (OS). It allows you to encapsulate One-Time Pad secured communication to various other protection protocols when needed.

SecMatrix encryption has three layers of security in encryption. The payload (voice/chat) is encrypted with One-Time Pad. Second layer is VPN connection which is needed also to connect end devices over internet. Outer layer is so called encapsulation layer which is designed to avoid network monitoring and encapsulation mode makes SecMatrix traffic look like eg. normal TCP traffic.

Are you saying full duplex voice with One-Time Pad ?

Short answer: Yes!

One-Time Pad has traditionally been used with low bandwidth messaging solution over very restrictive links (like HF radios & manual delivery). But today, we are able to utilize mass storage capacity with small physical size, which allows us to re-think implementation possibilities with One-Time Pad. We use One-Time Pad to encrypt each IP-packet separately, which enables to use encrypt any kind of IP data.

With low bandwidth speech codecs, I am able to transport even full duplex voice communication over One-Time Pad secured link. Key consumption is modest and acceptable, when you relate to security it provides.
